According to the US Geological Survey 2 earthquakes rattled the Pinnacles National Park area on Monday afternoon, March 18. A 3.2 magnitude earthquake struck at around 4:57 p.m., followed by a 2.8 magnitude earthquake afterwards that shook in between Stone Creek and the San Benito River. The first earthquake registered at a depth of 9.5 km, and the second was registered at a depth of 2 km.
