Verizon Wireless Network Outages and Disruptions Impacts Customers in South Monterey County on December 13 & 14
Some Verizon Wireless customers throughout Monterey County noticed a huge drop in service quality or outages for hours overnight on Wednesday morning, December 14 as Verizon Officials reported a "network disruption" Tuesday, December 13 heading into the evening hours. A Verizon spokesperson said that the disruption affected people "within California". The outages impacted Verizon customers in South Monterey County for multiple hours in King City, Greenfield, Soledad, Lockwood, Jolon and Bradley. Service was fully restored sometime late on Wednesday morning, December 14. The cause of the outages is unknown.
