Prison Guard at CTF in Soledad Arrested by Monterey County Sheriff's Office on Child Molestation Charges

 

On Tuesday, July 19 Monterey County Sheriff’s Office Detectives concluded an investigation which began in late May of 2022. Two courageous and brave young women came forward to speak about the alleged trauma and abuse they suffered at the hands of 37-year-old Jose Miguel Andrade Ibarra of Soledad who was a prison guard at the CTF in Soledad. Prior to living in Soledad Andrade Ibarra resided in Greenfield. Andrade Ibarra was a family friend of the two young women and it's alleged that he sexually assaulted them numerous times over a span of years. After an extensive investigation detectives arrested Andrade Ibarra on Tuesday morning, July 19 without incident. He was booked into the Monterey County Jail on numerous child molestation charges, including sex with a minor under the age 10 by an adult. Based on information obtained during the Monterey County Sheriff's Department's investigation, it is believed that there may be additional victims of Andrade Ibarra. 3 Vehicle Accident on Highway 101 in Soledad on December 7

  A 3 vehicle crash ocurred on Highway 101 Southbound near the Front Street exit in Soledad at 4:01 pm on Thursday afternoon, December 7. Minor injuries were reported as a result of the collision. 

1 Vehicle Rollover Outside of King City on October 20

  1 vehicle overturned off of County Road 18 and Frudden Road outside of King City at 2:34 pm on Friday afternoon, October 20. 1 occupant received injuries as a result of the crash and ended up being transported to Natividad Medical Center in Salinas to be treated. The cause of the wreck is unknown.
