Library two days a week this summer!
Beginning in June, the weekly lineup will be:
• Mondays: Miss Frances returns with Animal Tales & Crafts at 2:30 pm in the Story
Room.
• Tuesdays: The Library’s very popular Try It Tuesday! kits will be available for pick-up to
make at home.
• Wednesdays: Summer Reading Program performers will delight and amaze at 10:00 am
in the Library Conference Room.
• Fridays: Miss Cappy returns with Toddler Story Time & Crafts at 10:00 am in the Story
Room.
“We are so happy to finally bring our patrons back to in-person programming,” said Youth
Services Librarian Melissa Bailey. “We have missed seeing our littlest patrons each week!
Summer is the perfect time to bring them back in and to introduce a whole new generation of
little library users to the Story Time classes their older siblings attended pre-COVID. We can’t
wait to see everyone back in the Storytime Room!”
The Library is open Monday-Friday 9-7 and Saturday 9-4. Call the library at 805-237-3870 or
visit prcity.com/library and the Library Facebook and Instagram sites for more information.
