In-Person Story Time Returns to the Paso Robles City Library; Popular Children’s Program is Sure to Bring Smiles this Summer

 

PASO ROBLES, CA –May 15, 2020 In-person Story Time is back at the Paso Robles City

Library two days a week this summer!

Beginning in June, the weekly lineup will be:

• Mondays: Miss Frances returns with Animal Tales & Crafts at 2:30 pm in the Story

Room.

• Tuesdays: The Library’s very popular Try It Tuesday! kits will be available for pick-up to

make at home.

• Wednesdays: Summer Reading Program performers will delight and amaze at 10:00 am

in the Library Conference Room.

• Fridays: Miss Cappy returns with Toddler Story Time & Crafts at 10:00 am in the Story

Room.

“We are so happy to finally bring our patrons back to in-person programming,” said Youth

Services Librarian Melissa Bailey. “We have missed seeing our littlest patrons each week!

Summer is the perfect time to bring them back in and to introduce a whole new generation of

little library users to the Story Time classes their older siblings attended pre-COVID. We can’t

wait to see everyone back in the Storytime Room!”

Suspect Vehicle in King City Quadruple Homicide on March 3 Has Been Located

  The Monterey County Sheriff’s Office, on behalf of the King City Police Department is informing the community that the suspect vehicle involved in a quadruple homicide that occurred Sunday, March 3 on the 200 block of North Second Street in King City, has been located and recovered.  The vehicle was located in an unincorporated area of South Monterey County. 3 Vehicle Accident on Highway 101 in Soledad on December 7

  A 3 vehicle crash ocurred on Highway 101 Southbound near the Front Street exit in Soledad at 4:01 pm on Thursday afternoon, December 7. Minor injuries were reported as a result of the collision. 

1 Vehicle Rollover Outside of King City on October 20

  1 vehicle overturned off of County Road 18 and Frudden Road outside of King City at 2:34 pm on Friday afternoon, October 20. 1 occupant received injuries as a result of the crash and ended up being transported to Natividad Medical Center in Salinas to be treated. The cause of the wreck is unknown.
