Create a Beautiful Sunflower Embroidery Piece at the Paso Robles City Library; Traditional Craft Celebrates Ukrainian Culture

PASO ROBLES, CA – April 15, 2022 The country of Ukraine is known for its beautiful traditional embroidery as well as its national flower, the sunflower. Gain a new appreciation of Ukrainian culture by creating a piece that celebrates both. Utilizing several stitching techniques, this sunflower embroidery piece is designed for intermediate embroiderers. To participate, register by Monday, May 9, then meetup on Zoom Thursday, May 26, 6:00-7:00 pm to share the results. Space is limited. Registration with Paso Robles City Library card is required for each participant. For ages 16+. For more information, contact Karen at 805-237-3870. 1 Vehicle Rollover Outside of King City on October 20

  1 vehicle overturned off of County Road 18 and Frudden Road outside of King City at 2:34 pm on Friday afternoon, October 20. 1 occupant received injuries as a result of the crash and ended up being transported to Natividad Medical Center in Salinas to be treated. The cause of the wreck is unknown.
