Greenfield High School Student Arrested for Possession with Intent to Sell to Minors and a Firearms Charge
On Wednesday, February 16 Greenfield High School staff informed the School Resource Officer of a student on campus who was in possession of marijuana. The student was in possession of multiple marijuana projects (wax, edibles, vape pens and cartridges). The student 18-year-old David Uribe was arrested for possession of marijuana with intent to sell. With the assistance of the Soledad Police Department, officers continued their investigation by serving a search warrant at the student's home. Additional marijuana products and a loaded Polymer P80 9mm semiautomatic “ghost gun” firearm was located. This investigation is ongoing.
