Updated numbers from the Monterey County Health Department on Tuesday, June 23 report that confirmed cases of COVID-19 in the County are now at 1,341 people. Three-hundred-fifty-one of the cases are out of South Monterey County which include 117 in King City, 104 in Greenfield, 34 in Gonzales and 83 in Soledad, while 13 cases are from other cities or towns in South Monterey County. In addition, 458 are from person to person transmissions, 366 have come from community transmissions, 108 people have been hospitalized, 12 people have died, 779 people have recovered, 286 are under investigation and 486 people who work in Agriculture have come down with COVID-19.
