Updated numbers from the Monterey County Health Department on Sunday, June 21 report that confirmed cases of COVID-19 in the County are now at 1,225 people. Three-hundred-thirty-four of the cases are out of South Monterey County which include 113 in King City, 98 in Greenfield, 33 in Gonzales and 78 in Soledad, while 12 cases are from other cities or towns in South Monterey County. In addition, 447 are from person to person transmissions, 352 have come from community transmissions, 104 people have been hospitalized, 12 people have died, 739 people have recovered, 214 are under investigation and 458 people who work in Agriculture have come down with COVID-19.
