According to the Monterey County Health Department on Thursday, March 26 the number of confirmed conronavirus cases in the County has now gone up by 3 people for a total of 27. Nine of the cases are travel-related, eight came from person-to-person transmissions, four were through community transmissions and six cases are under investigation. The Monterey County Health Department has tested 403 people, while they started testing in their lab for COVID-19 on March 6.
