According to the Monterey County Office of Education on Tuesday, March 31 school closures in all 24 Districts and 7 Charter schools in the County will continue through the end of the school year due to the coronavirus outbreak. County Superintendent of Schools Dr. Deneen Guss said though that the 2019-2020 school year is not over as online distance learning is still going on and added that schools are working to set-up important milestones such as graduations in a different format or at a later date.
