MONTEREY COUNTY – Here are the major scheduled road and lane closures for South Monterey County from Sunday, January 5 through Saturday, January 11. Please keep in mind that construction work is weather-dependent.
Highway 101: Broadway – Jolon Road, King City: January 6 – January 10
Alternating lane closure and full on ramp closures will occur along northbound and southbound Highway 101 between Broadway and Jolon Road for bridge work from 6 a.m. to 4 p.m., Monday – Thursday and from 6 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Friday.
Highway 101: Wild Horse – First Street, King City: Now – March 2020
One long-term lane closure will occur along northbound and southbound Highway 101 between Wild Horse Road and First Street for roadway excavation work from 5 a.m. to 12 p.m.
Highway 101: Monterey Road – East Garrison, San Luis Obispo County: Jan. 6 – Jan. 10
One long-term alternating lane closure will occur along northbound and southbound Highway 101 in San Luis Obispo County between Monterey Road and East Garrison for miscellaneous road work from 7 a.m. to 2 p.m.
