On Wednesday morning, October 16 at 10:26 am, Greenfield Police Officers responded to a residential burglary in progress on the 500 block of El Camino Real. As a precaution to ensure the safety of students and staff, Mary Chapa Academy was placed on lockdown. After approximately 10 minutes, the incident safely concluded with 4 juveniles being detained and the lockdown was lifted. The investigation is ongoing.
