At the King City City Council meeting on Tuesday night, September 10 at City Hall the Council approved an appropriation of $55,000 to the General Fund in order to repair a water pump at the City Park and Golf Course along with upgrading the irrigation system at the Golf Course. The Council also approved unanimously a Downtown Diagonal Parking Plan and a Memorandum of Understanding with the Hartnell Community College District. City Manager Steven Adams will execute an MOU with the HCCD to pay for the parking improvements in the King City Downtown area in order to assist in mitigating parking impacts from the expansion of the King City Education Center.
