A one vehicle rollover took place on Highway 101 near San Ardo and north of Los Lobos on Monday morning, September 9. According to the CHP in King City, the accident happened at around 8:30 am as an 18-year-old Seal Beach man was heading south on 101 in a 2005 Toyota Camry which veered into the median, overcorrected and ended up overturning. The crash resulted in minor injuries to a 19-year-old female passenger from Long Beach who was airlifted to a Hospital in Salinas to be treated, while the 18-year male was not injured. Both occupants were wearing their seatbelts. Drugs or alcohol are not suspected in this accident, but fatigue may have played a factor.
