Greenfield man busted for Lewd Acts with a Child



On Friday, July 26 at approximately 12:50 pm, officers from the Greenfield Police Department were dispatched to a residence on the 10 block of 11th Street regarding a disturbance. Upon the officer’s arrival, it was determined that the argument was over a male having sex with a minor female.
On Tuesday, July 30, the investigation was turned over to the Major Crimes Unit for further investigation. On Tuesday, August 6, at 5:30 pm the suspect, 31-year-old Santiago Ramirez of Greenfield was arrested without incident and booked into the Monterey County Jail and charged with Lewd Acts with a Child with a Ten-Year Age Difference along with Annoying or Molesting a Minor Under 18 years of age. 3 Vehicle Accident on Highway 101 in Soledad on December 7

  A 3 vehicle crash ocurred on Highway 101 Southbound near the Front Street exit in Soledad at 4:01 pm on Thursday afternoon, December 7. Minor injuries were reported as a result of the collision. 

1 Vehicle Rollover Outside of King City on October 20

  1 vehicle overturned off of County Road 18 and Frudden Road outside of King City at 2:34 pm on Friday afternoon, October 20. 1 occupant received injuries as a result of the crash and ended up being transported to Natividad Medical Center in Salinas to be treated. The cause of the wreck is unknown.
