PASO ROBLES, CA – The Paso Robles Department of Emergency Services with assistance from Cal Fire responded to a motorhome fire on the 2000 block of Park Street on Thursday night, Jannary 17 at around 6:13 pm. The fire was quickly contained by 6:30 pm and crews remained on the scene for approximately 30 minutes overhauling the fire. The vehicle owner and his dog were able to safely escape the blaze with no injuries. The 1979 Dodge Motorhome sustained significant damage, while a 1980 Chevy El Camino, parked adjacent to the motorhome was saved and only sustained minor paint damage. The cause of the fire is unknown.
