SVF Heritage Foundation Fundraiser is November 29

The Salinas Valley Fair Heritage Foundation will be holding a Polenta and Stew Feed Fundraiser on Thursday, November 29 beginning at 4 pm in the Orradre Building at the Salinas Valley Fairgrounds in King City. The fundraiser will be put on to benefit the SVF Heritage Foundation which will use the money to do capital improvements at the Fairgrounds such as work on the barns and the Orradre Building. Tickets are $15 per person and can be purchased at the door or at various businesses in King City such as First Capital Bank, True Value and L.A. Hearne Company.

1 Vehicle Rollover Outside of King City on October 20

  1 vehicle overturned off of County Road 18 and Frudden Road outside of King City at 2:34 pm on Friday afternoon, October 20. 1 occupant received injuries as a result of the crash and ended up being transported to Natividad Medical Center in Salinas to be treated. The cause of the wreck is unknown.
