On Thursday, September 20th, 2018, officers from the Paso Robles Police Dedepartment responded to an interrupted burglary on the 1200 block of Katherine Court. The owner of the residence had returned home and discovered an HMA, later identified by surveillance footage as 20-year-old Jose Armando Montes Guillen, inside of her bedroom. Guillen had a black backpack full of the victim’s belongings and fled out of an open bedroom window. Guillen lives in the same area and is believed to be responsible for additional burglaries within the neighborhood. Guillen is described as an HMA who 20 years old, 5-11, 240 lbs. with brown hair and brown eyes. Guillen is known to frequent the local motels in San Luis Obispo County. Anyone with information regarding the whereabouts of Jose Armando Montes Guillen is encouraged to call the Paso Robles Police Department at 805-237-6464.
