Salinas man is dead after a drunk driver hit his vehicle on Tuesday night, April 17. The CHP
reports that the fatal accident occurred at around 11:19 pm as 38-year-old Charles
Bailey of Gonzales was speeding westbound on Gloria Road which is east of Highway 101 as he

the Chevy Malibu was pronounced dead at the scene and his 42-year-old female
