There’s a good chance that we’ll be receiving rain in the Salinas Valley heading into the 1st full weekend of April. Meteorologist Jim Vanderzwaan says that another atmospheric river is flowing through which means that there is sub tropical moisture coming from the west. The Santa Lucia Mountains could receive 4 to 6 inches of moisture, while the Salinas Valley could accumulate a half inch to an inch and a half of precipitation.
