A 2 vehicle crash happened 3 miles south of King City off of Highway 101 Southbound and the Layous Overcrossing north of the Wildhorse exit on Monday afternoon, July 19 at 2:26 pm. The collision involved a white SUV which overturned and a blue SUV. Two of the occupants in the white SUV were not wearing their seatbelts as they picked up major injuries and were transported to Natividad Medical Center in Salinas, while no one was injured in the blue SUV. The cause of the accident is under investigation.
