Updated numbers from the Monterey County Health Department on Friday, October 30 report that confirmed cases of COVID-19 in the County are now at 11,705 people, while 110,864 people have been tested in the County. 3,604 of the cases are out of South Monterey County which include 866 in King City, 1,043 in Greenfield, 1,184 in Soledad, 371 in Gonzales, 51 in San Ardo, 77 in Chualar, 17 in San Lucas while 13 cases are from other cities or towns in South Monterey County. In addition, 4,613 are from person to person transmissions, 3,790 have come from community transmissions, 675 people have been hospitalized, 95 people have died, 8,978 people have recovered, 1,830 are under investigation and 2,723 people who work in Agriculture have come down with COVID-19.
