A report from the Monterey County Elections Office on Tuesday, October 27 states that 89,145 ballots have been processed for this year's Presidential General Election which represents a 43% turnout so far. 27,984 ballots were processed 7 days before this year's March Presidential Primary Election in Monterey County which represented a 14% turnout before the election.
