A collision involving 2 pickup trucks occurred on Highway 101 Northbound near the Hudson Offramp exit in Greenfield at 6:52 pm on Tuesday night, October 29. One of the trucks was hauling a trailer. According to the CHP, the driver of the pickup truck that was transporting the trailer received minor injuries that consisted of cuts and abrasions, while the trailer was jackknifed as it crashed into a guardrail on the center divide. Traffic was backed up in the left lane for over an hour and a half because of the debris and glass in the roadway, while the CHP and other law enforcement agencies were on site to investigate before a few tow trucks arrived to assist. Alcohol and drugs were not a factor in the crash, while the cause of the accident is unknown.
