Pinnacles Gateway Partners met on Thursday, July 18 in the SAR Building at the Park to listen to new Pinnacles National Park Superintendent Blanca Alvarez Stransky speak about some of the challenges the Park faces moving forward that involve improving alternative transportation for visitors who are coming in and out of the Park, having the facilities in the Park worked on and improving recreational opportunities for visitors. Park Biologist and Hunter Daniel Ryan also addressed the meeting by giving a presentation about lead being a huge issue in the Park with Condors and other wildlife that come in contact with it.
