The city of Soledad is asking for public input on the design of the city's newest park which will be located near the intersection of Metz Road and Orchard Lane. The city has scheduled 4 public meetings to get community feedback on topics that include the park's layout, recreational features, and beautification. The first meeting will be held on Wednesday, June 5 at 4:30 pm at Soledad City Hall, while the 2nd meeting will take place at Gallardo Park at 9:30 am on June 22, the third meeting will be at the South County YMCA in Soledad at 4 pm on July 2 and the last meeting will occur at Soledad City Hall on July 17 at 6:30 pm. Residents can also share their ideas in writing by email at communityoutreach@soledad.com. The deadline to submit written comments is July 6.
