At the King City City Council meeting on Tuesday night, October 23 at City Hall the Council approved the introduction of an Ordinance pertaining to amending Chapter 22 of the Municipal Code by establishing parking restrictions on 3rd Street adjacent to St. John Baptist Church. The King City City Council also approved the 2nd Reading and Adoption of an Ordinance pertaining to Commercial Cannabis Activity, odor control requirements and limitations by restricting translucent buildings within 500 feet of residential zoned properties and 750 feet from residential zoned properties to the south.
