Greenfield Police Chief Denise Chavez Oglesby provided a report to the Greenfield City Council at their regular meeting Tuesday night, July 24 regarding what took place on Monday night, July 23 with a fire that broke out destroying over a dozen greenhouse cannabis facilities at Loudpack Farms. Greenfield Police Chief Oglesby said that no one was injured and that the cause of the fire is under investigation, but they're hoping to find out how the fire started before the end of this week or next week. Greenfield Mayor Pro Tem Avelina Torres said that it's devastating that this fire affected a new company such as Loudpack Farms, but indicated that Loudpack Farms is doing everything they can keep their employees busy and employed.
