King City Mayor Mike LeBarre on Monday, July 9 was elected as Chair
of the Monterey-Salinas-Transit agency Board of Directors at their monthly
meeting. Mayor LeBarre spoke about this at the last King City City Council
meeting on Tuesday night, July 10 and was very happy to be elected on as Chair
of MST, but also feels that him holding such a high Board position with MST

have. Mayor LeBarre had served as Vice Chair of Monterey Salinas Transit
since July of 2016 and will serve as Chair until July of 2020.
