According to CHP Officer
Oscar Loza, the Monterey Area California Highway Patrol arrested 15 drivers during the 4-20-18 weekend for driving under the influence. Officer Loza stated that 3 out of the 15 that were arrested were for a
combination of drugs and alcohol.
