On May 18, 2018 at 9:23
pm, a Hispanic male standing 5 feet 4 to 5 feet 6 inches tall wearing a black
ski mask, a black sweatshirt and blue jeans entered a Shell Gas Station and
Convenience store located on the 800 block of El Camino Real in Greenfield. The
suspect removed a large quantity of miscellaneous U.S. Currency without the
store clerk’s permission and fled the store. A weapon was simulated but was not
seen. The suspect fled the store on foot and got into a dark 2-door compact
waiting vehicle that was possibly a 1998 to 2002 Honda parked north of the
store and left the area west on Thorne Road. Investigators with the Major Crimes
Unit are investigating the incident and reaching out to the public and asking
for their cooperation in this investigation. If anyone saw or heard anything

King City Man Arrested on January 6 for Rape, Unlawful Sexual Intercourse with a Minor and Kidnapping
According to King City Police Department, on December 30, 2024 a 17-year-old minor female victim reported that she had attended a party on the 100 Block of Bedford Circle on December 24, 2024. During the party, the suspect provided her with alcohol. He then pulled the victim into a bedroom, forcibly removed her clothing and had sexual intercourse with her against her will. This case was investigated by the King City Police Department Investigations Unit which resulted in the apprehension and arrest on January 6, 2025 of the suspect identified as 21-year-old Jesus Oseguera Briseno of King City. Briseno was also booked into the Monterey County Jail charged with Rape, Unlawful Sexual Intercourse with a Minor and Kidnapping.
